Provided you install and activate the JetPack plugin, Staff can do this for you. I tagged this thread for their assistance. Please subscribe to it so you are notified when they respond.

I’ve transferred your subscribers and followers as requested.
If you would like visitors to http://puurmaaike.wordpress.com/ to be automatically taken to http://puurmaaike.nl/ you may want to consider a Site Redirect upgrade.
Just let me know if you need further help.

Dear Kathryn, thanks for your quick support!
I can’t yet see any change…
When can I see the followers on the new site? Thanks for the offer of forwarding visitors. I will keep it in mind!

Apologies – would you mind checking again? The subscribers and followers should be visible now.

@puurmaaik, to confirm, you wish to move followers from healthyneurotics.wordpress.com to healthyneurotics.com?

Your subscribers and followers have been transferred as requested.
Please note that any WordPress.com followers who opted to receive email updates will need to re-subscribe again on your new site through the Jetpack signup box, otherwise they’ll only see new posts in their Reader. Non-WordPress.com email subscribers will continue to get email updates.
You might thing about setting up a Site Redirect for your WordPress.com site at healthyneurotics.wordpress.com to send your site visitors to your new domain. Otherwise, people will still be able to subscribe on your old site.
