My comments and headers are not showing on my blog posts. This happened after a tech session with M

After a session with Mac support, My blog headers, comments, etc and not showing on my blogs. I had it set up so even scrolling through the blogs the headers separated each blog. Now they are just all running together. + the comments and footer information is gone. for both blogs. poetry and then some and Thought You You Might Like This. I’m not good at setting up and need help getting this back to the way it was before.
