My comments are not visible anymore

  I took screenshots of the comments when i was working on the assignment.

  Because the account was dormant and no subscription was taken, maybe thats why comments were gone and when I contacted wordpress, I tired everything to have to comments back but I have no idea how it can just vanish even if account was inactive since some time.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi, looking at the site, it appears that comments may be disabled, which would explain why new or existing comments aren’t visible.

  A couple of things you might want to check to confirm:

  • In your dashboard, under Settings > Discussion, make sure comments are enabled globally.
  • Also check an individual post’s settings, as comments can be turned off on a per-post basis even if they’re enabled site-wide.

  If comments are enabled but still not showing, it’s also worth checking whether any comments are waiting for moderation or were accidentally removed.

  Let us know what you find in those settings, which should help narrow it down.
