My comments on Blogger blogs don’t link to my blog

When I try to make a comment on someone’s blog who uses Blogger, I get the following message:
You need to sign in
You need to sign in to wordpress.com to complete this process.You should use a bookmark or type in the address to do this. This page does not contain any links, to protect you from phishing.
No matter what I do (keep myself signed in to WordPress, try it again), nothing works. Please, help!

Ask blogger? Their recent “Improvements” are in my opinion designed to encourage people to start up new blogs there that just say “check out my WP.com blog” or whatever, just so they can leave a link. It’s an artificial blog-number pumping system.
Try clearing your browser cache and cookies, signing in to WP.com and going back to that Blogger blog and leaving a comment.

I figured it out! I was leaving my blog address as http://www.trishsdiary.wordpress.com (works everywhere else, they redirect), but on Blogger comments you have to use http://trishsdiary.wordpress.com. Silly mistake on my part.
