No You cannot use a WordPress>COM in-house widget on a WordPress.ORG install, if that’s what you are asking.

I transferred from wp.com to wp.org and trying to do a couple things..
I’ll ck the .org site
thanks -
WordPress.com and WordPress.org are completely separate. Here at WordPress.com we have a community with shared in-house features. At WordPress.org you find only keepers of the software and peer support forums. WordPress.org blogs do not constitute a community. Each site is a stand alone island. We do not provide support for WordPress.org installs here. If you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, so you can post to the support forums there and receive advice from WordPress.ORG bloggers.

Hi again,
I’m glad I was able to help. There are several on-house only widgets that we WordPress.COM bloggers have which are not included in the WordPress.ORG software package. They are all in-house community widgets and cannot be used on WordPress.ORG installs. -
Is there a list of my subscribers from my .com blog,
delinda-blog.comthen can I transfer to .org?
where do i find the list?
-
If you install JetPack on your .org site, then staff can transfer your subscribers and email followers over for you. Please confirm that JetPack is installed. Also make sure to name both the .com and .org sites you want for the transfer.

I found my subscriber list–
Can I copy my subscriber list on .com and import or copy into .org?
-
No. You have to install Jetpack and then once it’s running, staff here can move your people over.

@delindalayne,
Please see the link timethief noted where you were not yet ready to transfer. If your site is now ready, then let us know you have Jetpack and provide links to both your wp.com and wp.org sites. Staff will make the transfer. -
You are making this more confusing than necesssary by posting is the staff-response-only forum plus this one. Please confirm which request ticket, which forum you are wanting to use. This, or that: https://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic/transferring-wordpresscom-to-wordpressorg-3?replies=6#post-1344523

Please note, that you have indicated in that thread in the staff response forum that you are ready, have Jetpack installed, and apparently have provided the links to the .com to .org site you want. I’ve removed the modlook on this thread assuming it will be accomplished via the staff response forum.
