my community widget

I recently switched to a self-hosted version of my blog on wordpress.com (danielebailo.wordpress.com).
I installed the wp-jetpack thus having many of the functionalities I had on my old blog.
However I still cannot find the wonderful “my-community” widget… is it available on self-hosted blogs?
As an alternative, do you know any plugins which does the same?The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

WordPress.org installs are stand alone islands that do not belong to the WordPress.COM community. The posts in them do not automatically display in the WordPress.COM Reader and the in-house widgets for WordPress.COM user use are not found in WordPress.ORG installs.
We provide support only for free hosted WordPress.COM blogs and not for WordPress.org software installs. If you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, so you can post to the support forums there and receive advice from WordPress.ORG bloggers.

Can you confirm me that the my-community widget doesn’t come with the wp jetpack?
