    Hi it’s been 14 days since the refund occured but in my account the balance still no change. So why it took so long? I’ve been waiting for 14 days but the my balance is still the same!!

    Refunds usually take 7-14 business days to show on your statement.

    You’ll need to reach out directly to your payment service or bank for more information on the status of the refund in your account.
