Have you tried the steps listed in this support document: https://en.support.wordpress.com/forms/contact-form/#how-to-add-a-contact-form-in-your-posts-or-pages.
And please confirm if you’re working on aadcchawaii.wordpress.com or a self-hosted WordPress site at another hosting provider. The dashboard of these two platforms could be different.
