My contact form is not sending me an email

    I started using Proper Contact Form and I tested it to see how it would work. First I never got an email at all. So I tried 5 times in succession and I got about 3 in a couple hours later. Then I had customers emailing me asking if I ever got their information which I never did. What is strange is that MY email address will send the other person confirmation saying I received the email but I never get them.

    So after all this I downloaded Jetpack and tried using their contact form. Unfortunately resulting in the same problem. Does this mean it is a problem with my email account or the website???

    Help! I’m completely out of ideas!

    You are referring to a an issue with a WordPress>ORG install. May I suggest looking for an answer to your question here first? http://jetpack.me/support/ If you do not find one then the Jetpack forum is at WordPress.org http://wordpress.org/support/plugin/jetpack If you don’t have a username account at WordPress.org, click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, so you can post there.
