My Contact Form shows my email, username and URL

  My contact form shows my email, username and URL when previewed or published.
  I have even changed the post text to match the default shortcode example shown on the how-to-create Contact Form link. I should mention that I am not self-hosted, or using an upgrade, just the basic WordPress.com theme lite version. Are contact forms permitted for use with basic themes?

  Log out – WordPress.COM fills in your contact info when you visit a form – if I go to your site while I am logged in I will see my info on your form – my info on my form on my site – if you visit my site you will see your contact info on my contact form

  It’s a feature to save you typing if you are logged in
