My contact forms aren't working

    Hello,

    I have a ThemeGoods theme installed on my site. A few days ago my contact forms stopped repsonding. When submitted it hangs or produces a ‘can’t send’ error. I have tried getting ThemeGoods to respond to my help but they are being useless.

    Please can someone help as emails are so important to me.

    I have tried using GmailSMTP and WP SMTP but they aren’t working either.

    So sorry you are having difficulty with your contact form.

    Unfortunately your site is not hosted here at WordPress.com and uses a different version of WordPress which we do not have the expertise to support. See the differences in the 2 major versions of WordPress here:
