My contact header won't change

    I am using the Independent publisher theme but it won’t get rid of the stock picture under my contact area no matter what I do. It even says that I don’t have an image uploaded, so how do I fix this? Even when I try to upload a picture that one image still stays. Please help me it doesn’t look good with what I am trying to do.
