You don’t reveal the address of the site you need help with. Care to share?

    Welcome to distinctivedesignsupply.com
This Web page is parked for FREE, courtesy of GoDaddy.com.

However if that is/was your domain then you need to reach out to GoDaddy.
PS: There is no telephone support at WordPress.com so this thread has been tagged to ask a mod/member of staff to remove your phone number from this forum post.

thank you. the website address was under http://www.distinctivedesignsupply.com

Some time back in Aug. I received an email from GD stating that I needed to log on and access my account to update my information. What I didnt know was the email I responded to was a phishing email from who knows, and I replied. A short time after I received emails from GD stating my WS was taken down due to maleware!! Kind of PMO! bc GD wanted like $400.00 to clean up the website and I was just so upset that it was their WS that allowed for the phishing to take place.
Moving forward my C panel services from GD expired. I just dont understand enough of this to regain access to me WP website.

Can you give me some guidance?

I haven’t much advice I’m afraid, if GoDaddy can’t/won’t help you. This is the support forum for free sites hosted at WordPress.com such as the empty https://distinctivedesignsupply.wordpress.com/ Your other site isn’t on WordPress.com servers so staff here can’t access it. It’s a wild world out there and hearing your story makes me glad I stay at the relative safety of WordPress.com and don’t have to manage the stuff you’re facing. If your site was using the WordPress.org software then the correct support forum is at: https://wordpress.org/support/

    WordPress.com vs. WordPress.org

PS: If you end up having to rebuild your site from scratch I hope you have been taking regular backups. If not a last resort would to be to copy/paste some pages from the Wayback Machine.

    Good luck.
