  There is no cPannel at WordPress.COM – if you have a cPannel you need to get the address from your own host – you are also probably in the wrong forum and need to make friends at WordPress.ORG

  PS: @ardpete – cPannel is used to Admin and work with a base web site – used much of the time by hosts to install WordPress.ORG – cPannel also is also used to manage the folders on a web site and do backups

  the blog and account asking the questions is 24 minutes old and the linked blog is empty
