My credit card did not auto renew…domain disconnected

My CC was supposed to renew February 27, but did not (changed CC number). I did not receive any notice, but today, we get a warning page saying our’domain’ has expired. This is completely incorrect…our annual plan payment had not been paid. Took us hours to figure this out. I’ve since updated the cc for payment. How can I get our site back up and running with high urgency?

1 – Where did you first purchase the domain that has expired?
2 – What is the url of the expired domain?If you bought it at WordPress.com, I’ll tag this thread for staff attention (add a modlook tag). If you bought this domain at another site, your best bet is to contact them and see if you can renew your domain without any further steps.
The bad news is that if you’re too late trying to renew an expired domain, you could potentially have to wait 90 days to get it back – IF you get it back. During this time you could risk loosing it to other buyers. Read more about it here:

The domain mapping upgrade for that domain is owned by the username, tgardiner120, and was renewed today, after you created this thread. That upgrade is now good until 2018
