My credit card is being charged for an account I didn’t set up

    This is the second time I’ve contacted you.. another $66 dollar charge cleared my credit card account on July 4th…According to your website there’s not even a service that cost 66 bucks a month… I don’t know what this is for, but I need it to stop. My name is Gary Demo and it is coming out of my discover card.. I have disputed the transaction and I am going to file a lawsuit if I can’t get this uncovered… I tried unsuccessfully to get this done the last time and it’s still happening.. This is ridiculous.

    To get best help, make sure you are logged in to the account that got charged. For the moment you are logged in as garydemoc7d1cf37a1 which is only 3 hours old meaning this account couldn’t be charged on July 4th.

    Hi Gary,

    as @staartmees mentioned, the charge you’re referring to is likely associated with another account of yours.
    $66 sounds like a renewal of a Personal plan and a custom domain. Does the site markizaway.com ring a bell?

    There’s no need of starting a dispute as these can take months to be resolved. We can refund the price of the plan, we just need you to reach us from the account in question.
