My credit card is being charged from Jetpack

    Hi, my card is being charged from Jetpack, without my authorisation. I’ve logged into my account, I see no signed up services, yet this charge apppears on my card. Please refund it immediately, and cancel any assoicated account that is using my card!!! The card number is: [redacted]

    And now yourfucking stupid support system has posted my credit card number inf your fucking forums!!! Refund me the money and delete this post pelase.

    We do note in our support form that you’re posting to a public support forum, but I’ve redacted that card number from your original post.

    I took a look, and it doesn’t look like there’s any recent history of purchases, transactions, or billing activity under the account you’re currently logged into, so we’re limited in what we can help with and advise here.

    If you enter the charge details at https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/ we should be able to help you with this.

    The transaction ID needed will be on your bank statement as Jetpack followed by a letter/number code. They’ll look like this:

    Jetpack XXXXXXXXXX

    If the charge on your bank statement does not follow that format, the charge was not made here at WordPress.com or through Jetpack.com.

    You might want to check the hosting provider you used for that site to see if you still have an active hosting account or domain registration with them.
