  My bank told me that they haven’t blocked any transactions but i’m unable to purchase the ”premum subscription!”

  We checked your account and we note that while we see that you attempted to make the payment for the Premium plan, it did fail, which means that it was not received by WordPress.com.

  Did you see any sort of additional approval from your bank when trying to make the purchase? The reason that I ask is that your bank’s system should have requested your approval to complete the purchase.

  As far as we can see, the failure seemed to come from the bank’s side of things – if they’re not blocking any transactions to WordPress.com then it can be worth checking with them that their approval system is working.
