    Hi @tofalun, we can help with that! Can you can use the secure form at https://wpchrg.com to look up the payment? That way we can find the right account.

    Once you’ve located the charge, you should be able to contact billing support directly so they can help with a refund. If not, please update us here and let us know the name of the site associated with the charge.

    hi thanks for the message, i just found the charge on the link you send to me earlier but I only can see the receipt number is #[redacted by staff]. I can’t find the details, it says it’s not on my account.
