  I found an entry in my credit card statement, but my plan on WordPress is a free plan.

  What should I do? Thank you!

  Your site at http://pazukong.wordpress.com/ is definitely on our free plan, and the last time we charged you for anything was in 2019. You can see that charge, and the subsequent refund, in your billing history at https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing

  If you’re not sure what site the charge is for, please search for the charge at https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/ as suggested above – enter the transaction details on that form, and it will tell you if that charge exists on our end and what site it’s for.

  You can also use the Contact Support link on that page to contact our billing support team directly for further help with this – to track down the transaction we’ll need to get some additional information from you which we cannot discuss here in the public forums.
