Hi Ana, we see both payment attempts but they are listed as refused – it seems that Ebanx in particular stopped them as “High risk transaction”. Usually what this means is that the Ebanx system considers the transaction as possibly fraudulent and blocks it in order to protect you (the card holder).
Because of this, the transaction stopped at Ebanx, even if the money came out of your account; your payments did not reach WordPress.com. You would need to check with Ebanx to ensure that both your eCommerce plan purchase is permitted, and also to ensure that the two prevented payments are returned to you.
We do generally suggest contacting Ebanx first, before trying to purchase again on WordPress.com; and also it can be worth clearing your browser cache before trying the purchase again. If you need, we have guides for how to clear the cache in various browsers here:
