My credit card was charged without authorization and I'm unsure why.

  My credit card is showing a charge from wordpress and I’m not sure why. When I investigated at wpchrg.com it said it was likely from a guided transfer upgrade. I purchased no such upgrade. I was wondering if you can help me get to the bottom of this charge, as this puts me in a poor situation. I would like to know what I was charged for and on which site so that I can handle the issue accordingly.

  Using the contact link that appears on wpchrg.com after you enter your information is the best way to go with this.

  I’m afraid that I’m not seeing any upgrades associated with the account that you are posting from. Which means that solving this issue will take some additional information (that probably shouldn’t be shared in a public forum).
