My current post is collapsed at the top with older post expanded

I need help.. The title of my current post is showing up on top, but the post is collapsed, so it appears that my old post is showing (unless a user clicks on the title of current post). How do I correct this?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Richard, sorry about the multiple attempts. As I was reading other posts, I felt that mine was too lengthly, so I wanted to shorten it. (I’m am obviously very new at this).
At any rate, I discovered that the URL changed when I added my second post. So if I copied the new URL to LinkedIn.com, the older post is on top (collapsed) and the new post is opened.
Question 1: Do I need to change the URL in LinkedIn.com every time I post?
Question 2: How do I get my blog to default to the “Front Page” which shows both blog posts in expanded (opened up) and in the correct order.
Question 3: Related to question 1, if there is a way to automatically update LinkedIn.com with a new post, how is this done!
Here is the current link in LinkedIn.com http://mindcloudinc.wordpress.com/2009/05/31/3-keys-to-success-the-beginnings-of-3-key-consulting-inc/
Thank you community !

as far as 1 and 3, I think this is a wordpress question… is there a way for word press to communicate out to webpages where I have my wordpress link.
Okay.. as far as item 2 you can see from my link to posts, 1) hello world, is collapsed, and 2) 3 keys to success is opened up or expanded. If you go to the link, then click on front page. This is what I want people to see with they click on a link to my blog, where both blogs are opened up (expanded) and they are in reverse chronological oder. Right now, it shows that page where hello world is on top and collapsed and 3 keys to success is opened up (expanded) and on the bottom. Thank you for your help. I hope this clears it up for you

I’ve been looking at this post all day, trying to figure out what you mean…and I finally got it. Nothing is “collapsed”. The “Hello World” link you see at the top of the post to the left is just a link to your previous post. If you add another post, you will see another link on top (to the right) of that key to success post, pointing to the next post. That’s part of the theme design.
If you link to a post from LinkedIn, people will always see that post and that post only, and some themes have additional links to previous and next posts at the top or bottom, like your theme. For people to see your whole blog, they need to go to the front page, and that’s how it should be when you link to an individual post.
As to updating LinkedIn automatically with every new post, yes you can, but that is done at your LinkedIn settings, not at your wordpress settings.

yes. Look at the four or five other threads on the issue that are already in the forum, and please don’t hijack threads that aren’t related to the topic.
