  Currently I need to find out about my account. I would like to reopen my account to premium can you help me?

  Since you’re already logged into a WordPress.com account, I assume you are referring to a different WordPress.com account you want to reopen. Can you tell us the email address used on the other account or share the link to the site you had? This will help us locate the other account and advise accordingly.

  Great! We’d be happy to help you out. To upgrade to a Premium plan, you’ll need to log in to your WordPress.com account associated with your blog, hiddentreasures18782741.wordpress.com.

  Once you’ve logged in, you can select the upgrade option from the My Sites tab and follow the instructions to choose and purchase a plan.
