My Custom Design Upgrade Not Displaying

    Hi,
    The custom design upgrade on my website (foxtailsbrigade.com) seems to have expired as all my settings/theme appearance changes are no longer being displayed on my home page or any other part of my website.
    First I would like to know why this happened.
    Second, I would like to know: if I pay $30 to re-upgrade to custom design, will all my previous custom settings come back?

    Your Custom Design upgrade expired on February 16. It was set to auto-renew, but your credit card provider declined the charge.

    If you re-purchase the upgrade, your settings will be restored.
