My Custom Designs upgrade is not functioning

  My custom design feature suddenly stopped working. The custom design screen says we have to upgrade but we already purchased this feature. We can see the completed purchase on the store screen in front of me. We need this feature badly so we tried to repurchase but it won’t let me do it since we already bought it. I has not expired. We bought it 2 months ago. Its a Kafka-esque circle. Please help.

  Can you try managing the upgrade at Appearance -> Custom Design?
