My Custom HTML Code Is Also Displayed On My Site
-
Hi there,
I’m new to all this so apologies if I sound a little dumb here but I added a Goodreads Widget to my site and it wasn’t displaying all my currently reading books only 2 of them. So I thought I’d give the Custom HTML Widget a go and it works…sorta. So it will show exactly what I want it to but it is also displaying the code above it. Why is it doing this and how do I make the code not show on my website?
Here’s the link to my site: https://readramblerepeat.home.blog/
As you can see on the Sidebar it shows all my currently reading books but it also shows the code.If you scroll right down to the end I have left the Goodreads Widget available to show what I was meaning about it not showing all my books.
Any help or input would be greatly appreciated.
Cheers
Kristen

Hi Kristen, were you able to sort this out?
The Goodreads widget should work. If it doesn’t, you can use any HTML as long as it’s not forbidden here:

Hi, yes I was able to fix it, thank you. I think there was an issue with the widget but it rectified itself.
