My customizations are all gone!

everything’s defaulted back to the original default theme. I tried to change them back but nothing will save! Has WordPress been hacked? I’m desperate–help.

The same happened to my blog. The header image is changed and can’t replace it.
Can WordPress say or do something about it please? -
I think my blog has been hacked, too. The whole of the welcome page has been edited with a new layout, new theme and new text which I did not write! When I try to change the theme it doesn’t save the changes and there is no way for me to delete anything that has been added – it doesn’t even appear in the dashboard. We provide support here only for WordPress.COM hosted blogs.We do not provide support for WordPress.ORG software installs.As that site is not hosted here at WordPress.COM, our support docs are not relevant, and you are posting to the wrong support forum.
WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums. If you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG account, then click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, https://wordpress.org/support/register.php so you can post to the support forums there.
