My customized template disappeared.

Some time in the past 10 or so days, all of our customization for our site disappeared from the Blix theme, leaving it reverted back to the pre-customized status. No one in our company did this. Can you help us restore it to how it was looking on May 6th or somehow help us retrieve our customization?

The blog you indicate is currently wearing the Light theme. Are you referring to a different blog? CSS customization is theme specific and each upgrade has to be renewed annually. If you switch back to using Blix does the customization appear? Is it possible that the reversion is due to not renewing a custom design upgrade? There a new dashboard section, Store > My Upgrades, allowing users to manage all their upgrades from a single spot. http://en.blog.wordpress.com/2012/03/26/keep-your-upgrades-in-order/

Yeah we had to switch off Blix because without the customization, Blix looked horrible on our site. I’d like to restore the customization we had with the Blix theme. I looked under the Store link and don’t see Custom design — we have custom domain and no ads set to auto-renew. I’ve been with the company and never had to manually renew the custom theme before, but I’ll send a note asking if anyone else has had to do this. Thanks for the tip. (any other ideas, in case this isn’t the culprit?)

If you don’t have the Custom Design upgrade, it’s likely whoever’s credit card was being used has disabled auto-renew. And it’s possible that custom design on Blix is temporarily disabled because staff are tinkering to retrofit it for WordAds. Either way, staff will be able to answer, so contact them via the dashboard Help button.

Yeah, I seriously can’t figure out how to contact them directly. Everything I click lands me here. How do I reach them directly?

Since you have paid upgrades, you SHOULD be able to contact them via the Help button. I don’t know why that wouldn’t be working for you.

I just checked your account and it appears you just renewed the Custom Design upgrade for cytobank.wordpress.com.
Your current theme has custom CSS that was last updated on 2010. When I did a live preview of your site running Blix, it appears there is also custom CSS there.
You may wish to change your theme back and refresh the page to see if everything is back to normal. Be sure to clear your browser cache as well so you get a fresh copy of the site:
