my dashboard doesn't display

  hi

  i just created a free wordpress hosted blog but when i go to

  mydomainname.wordpress.com/wp-admin

  i get this screen

  how can i access the more advanced wordpress.com dashboard?

  That’s a new feature of the global dashboard. I’m not sure, because it IS new, but if you create a post from that page, it should give you the advanced dashboard.

  does that mean it is not yet available for public??
  it seems that it was announced in april

  when i do, new post i get this screen not the advanced one
