My Dashboard has become a blank browser page

    I am no longer able to update or maintain my website because I can no longer access my dashboard or WP Admin. Trying to access either simply results in a blank browser page. This also means that I can’t update WordPress.

    When I access my site dashboard the browser goes to URL: https://ketochefmealprep.com/wp-admin/ which results in a blank page.

    If I try to access WP Admin directly the browser goes to URL: https://ketochefmealprep.com/wp-admin/index.php – also a blank page.

    How can I get this fixed?

    WP.com: Unknown
    Jetpack: Yes
    Correct account: Yes

    Please note: The business owner for this website has no experience or competence with IT/websites. The developer of the website is no longer available to assist. Hence questions that you would expect a normal website responsible to know. Thanks for your assistance.

    Hi there!

    You’ve posted to the free support forums for websites hosted here at WordPress.com. Since your site is not hosted with us, we’re limited in what we can help with and advise. But I can get you pointed in the right direction to get help.

    You should reach out to your host GoDaddy for help with this issue. Since they’re hosting your site’s files, they also have access to those files and are the best ones to help you find and fix this problem. GoDaddy is also where your domain is registered.
