  my dashboard has changed – I can no longer find a way to change my header image.

  Just to make it more exciting, I can’t find my link to ‘live support’ from my dashboard…

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  You can change the header image at Appearance > Customize > Header.

  The other menu item you mentioned was removed earlier, but it has been added back again. In the future, the best place to look for it will be in the Customize section though.

  The live support link depends on demand combined with staff availability. It is not always available 100% of the time. :)
