My dashboard has varnished-turns to blank page or server error

  I have put this up in the Themes section but haven’t gotten replies and I’m desperate. I’m sure this goes against a rule somewhere but I reiterate my desperation.

  SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME

  I am new to blogging. I started a blog a month ago and am just learning how to customise to my personal taste. I have some posts in the making but want my blog to look they way I want it to before I get going.

  I use Google Chrome and have the latest version. I also tried Firefox and had the same issue.
  The trouble is every time I try to, change my background or header images on any template, the pages loads very slowly then the page present me with an error message from the browser or a blank page. I have done what it has said many times, it still won’t work. I have also cleared my cache and cookies.
