My Dashboard is not loading

    My dashboard is not loading. They are in a constant loading phase or buffering phase. My post views, top posts and yoast stats are blank.

    I checked your site, and your domain is hosted on Bluehost the site uses the open-source WordPress.org software, so you’ll need to seek help at these forums:

    Thank you! But every time I try to login through my .org it redirects me to .com :( I pay for a plan with wordpress so I should be able to access livechat but I am not able to. Is there any insight on that? Thank you for your help

    Just to note, the WordPress.com account (username: kellyleedekay) that you’re writing from doesn’t have any purchases associated with it here on WordPress.com – you can check your profile for those here:
    https://wordpress.com/me/purchases

    If your site’s hosted with Bluehost, you wouldn’t need a WordPress.com plan as it is, since our plans are specifically for hosting a site here with us on WordPress.com!

    In general, when you’re seeing the buffering/not loading, is that specifically in your site’s WP Admin dashboard, or in our WordPress.com interface? In case of need, there’s a bit of information about the difference between them here:

    If that’s specifically when you’re looking at information for http://kellyleedekay.com/ via your WordPress.com account, then it might be worth checking the third-party cookie settings you have in your browser. We’ve found this can occasionally affect stats buffering/loading. We have a guide to help with setting exceptions for WordPress.com in your cookie settings here:

    Thank you for replying and the clarification. I am referring to my site’s WP Admin’s Dashboard. It’s not loading. Here:

    Also I checked my cookies – third party cookies are properly enabled in your browser! What would you suggest are next steps?

    Hi there!

    Hmm, that is odd. Have you tried using a different browser temporarily to see if it loads there? You can also try clearing the browser cache to see if that helps. Here’s how to clear your browser cache: https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clearing-your-browser-cache

    If none of those helps, you would want to either contact Bluehost support (who is hosting your site) or post on the WordPress.org support forum (which is the right place to ask for help with WordPress.org sites). Since your site isn’t hosted by us, we are limited in our ability to help you.
