My dashboard is stripped down

  I need help; I can’t add posts or do much of anything on the dashboard without great difficulty because all of the images are stripped down and it looks like a plain HTML page with text and links. The pages themselves look fine. It’s the dashboard I can’t use.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Also, the little grey bar at the top with the drop-down menus doesn’t work. So “My Blogs” — no drop down.
