My Dashboard showed another blog as being mine.

  Just a half hour ago. I clicked on my dasboards. And another site that I read was on it. It’s not mine. I went to that site and mentioned it. Then came here to ask someone why this happened. And now it’s gone from the list. I guess it’s not a problem anymore. But still, is there an explanation as to why it appeared on my dashboard?
