My Date of Posting is WAY off
-
I just posted a blog at about 12:30 am CDT (http://blogharbor.wordpress.com). That would be March 12. It came up being posted March 11 and in tags, it says my post was posted 12 hours ago.
I’ve published 101 posts and this has never happened in the previous 100. I’m confused!
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

And now I just noticed three other posts are off by a day. How in the world did this happen? It really annoys me because I have posts that actually include the date – and now they’re off. I switched templates the other night but really, I can’t imagine how that would affect anything. This is a bit frustrating.

Does anyone have a thought on why or how a blog’s “clock”, as it were, can suddenly be about 12 hours off? My UTC is set correctly so something’s up. I’ve contacted Support but would welcome any thoughts. The post in question is http://blogharbor.wordpress.com/2009/03/11/the-farmland-almanac-thursday-march-12-2009/
Again, this was posted at about 12:30 AM CDT today, March 12 but listed as March 11….and in Tags, each one said the post was 12 hours old.
Thank you!

Go to settings > general and make sure that the UTC/GMT time offset is correct for your particular time zone.
-
Do remember that when daylight saving time goes on or off, you have to manually correct the time offset. WordPress does not automatically correct for that because not all states/countries do daylight saving time.
