my debit card number has changed

My site is due to expire in a month… my debit card number has changed, and there is no obvious way to set-in the new number/expiration-date… I absolutely want to renew!

have followed the instructions in the e-mail and got as far as deleting the outdated debitcard-payment info, but there is no obvious option for replacing it with new info. i would have done all this a month ago if it was more straightforward.

Were you able to get this sorted out? If that was made using the wrong card, I can refund it for you and help you make the purchase from the correct account.

Turns out I HAD put in the new card-info a month ago, yet somehow the old card-number was still listed as the default in my dashboard. Happiness Engineer Melanie was kind enough to send me an email shortly after I posted this question, and subsequently my renewal was accepted instantly via the ‘button’ in the e-mail… the new card-info WAS in the system. Seems like an issue-to-be-addressed~ that I couldn’t simply renew thru ‘My Upgrades’ AS INSTRUCTED in this morning’s ‘About To Expire’ e-mail. But then I wasn’t Upgrading, was I?

Seems like a subtle marketing-nudge to encourage me to upgrade. Just sayin’. Can’t complain about the great bargain-price domain, though… which is why the thought of losing it… yipes!
