My debit card was charged 300 dollars incorrectly. How do I call the billing department to sort it out?

The account you’re using to post here does not own any sites or upgrades on WordPress.com, and we don’t even have a card on file for you.
If you were charged $300, it would have been for the renewal of a WordPress.com Business Plan purchased between 11 months and a year ago. Do you own any sites on WordPress.com via a different account, or do you have any other email addresses that might have been used for a different WordPress.com account?

I dont have the login to the other account and it was a work related account that I 100% deleted automatic renewal from. I am pretty certain a coworker renewed it without telling me. Is there anyway to get a refund?
