-
I “deleted” my site http://www.snakepaw.wordpress.com
I went to deleted site and checked the box to delete all content. I never got a confirmation email & the blog is no where to be seen on my “dashboard” or whatever. In fact it tells me I have no blogs at all.
HOWEVER, when I google search my full name this site comes up on the first page & is active… PLEASE HELP THIS SITE IS SUPER EMBARRASSING.. it’s from when I was a teenager and I need it removed. SOS

This site has not been deleted https://snakepaw.wordpress.com/
Please check in your email client spam/ junk mail filter as well as your “social” tab in Gmail, if you use it. I’ll tag this thread for a Staff follow-up. Please subscribe to the thread so you are notified when they respond and please be patient while waitingIMPORTANT NOTE: Deleting blogs and or their content does not remove it from the SERPs (search engine page results). Google and Bing only clear their caches of deleted indexed content that produces a 404 (page not found) every 3 – 6 months. To completely remove an entire page from Google search results after it produces a 404 see https://support.google.com/webmasters/answer/1663419?hl=en

Hi Grace.
As @timethief explained, snakepaw.wordpress.com has not yet been deleted. We also have a different WordPress.com account listed as the owner of that site that the account you’re writing from. For security reasons, you’ll only be able to delete that site while logged in as the owner.
I’ve sent an email to the address we have on file to discuss your options further, can you please reply from there. Thanks!
