The overall size of your theme is 595px × 364px. I assume this includes the picture and writing script. Is this the size that my design would need to be? Do we summit this for approval? Can I use links in this design (595px × 364px size) or just below the design that will stay there? Would I need to re-design to change the writing script?
Can I have my first three posting to always show first on my archive list? This information would be relative to all my postings. Do you have different fronts and other features on the postings or is this an upgrade?
How do I open up to the public to get to the blog? How is the best way to share this site on Facebook? From the blog to Facebook or From Facebook to the blog?

To put specific posts up front, make them sticky: http://en.support.wordpress.com/posts/post-visibility/#sticky-posts
As for Facebook, I recommend starting off by just sharing it to your friends via Facebook.
