  Hi there @mattrod1234 did you start out with the Blank Canvas theme or did you recently activate it on your WordPress.com website? Is it possible you had a Business plan using a 3rd party theme that recently expired and that needs to be renewed? In any case, I’ve flagged your thread for Staff attention and assistance as they can see what’s happened here. Thanks for your patience.
