My display name

I changed my site name recently when I added a shop but when I type it in Facebook for example it shows no picture and my old name. What do I need to do? My new name is wittscraftyboutique and I changed it everywhere I thought but it still shows on the daily with dyldylsmom which is my blog title only. http://dyldylsmom.com is my domain. Thanks for any help!
