Hi there!
It looks like you need to fix your DNS settings over at GoDaddy. Currently you’re using a mix of WordPress.com and GoDaddy nameservers, which is making the domain resolve randomly to the wrong hosting.
Log into GoDaddy and remove these NS entries:
- ns17.domaincontrol.com
- ns18.domaincontrol.com
When you’re done, you should just have these WordPress.com NS there:
- ns1.wordpress.com
- ns2.wordpress.com
- ns3.wordpress.com
Note that DNS changes can take up to 48 hours to fully propagate across the internet, so get back in touch if you’re still having trouble after then.
Also, while it looks like you added a domain connection for doublevisionarts.co.uk, to have your domain be your primary domain, you need a paid plan. Otherwise, your domain will redirect to your free *.wordpress.com URL.
I hope that clarifies things! Let us know if you have any questions.

Hi – when I tried to get rid of ns17 and ns18. domain control, I was told I could not delete these. Also, I noticed that my other site, linked to wordpress, did not have the wordpress NS entries. What can I do now? Thanks, Ethel

Just to be sure we’re on the same page, do you want http://www.doublevisionarts.co.uk to display the page we see at https://doublevisionarts.wordpress.com/ ?
If so, can you see if you have a “forwarder” set up at GoDaddy? You’ll want to turn that off and only use our name servers instead. Their support should be able to help you get that corrected if needed.

Hello there,
Ok that’s great. In which case the next steps are to change the domain name servers to:
ns1.wordpress.com
ns2.wordpress.com
ns3.wordpress.comIt should be possible to do as per these steps here: https://www.godaddy.com/help/change-nameservers-for-my-domains-664
