  My DNS server is showing an error. I cannot use my gmail account associated with my website. No incoming emails

  Hi there,

  What is the error you’re seeing? Is is on My Site ->Domains? What is the email address you’re trying to get to work? We cannot help you properly if you don’t provide us with all relevant information.

  I see a mapping upgrade in your account for the domain, rxcfunding.com. That domain used to be registered here, but it expired on 26 October and is now in redemption with our domain registrar. See:

  Domain Expiration

  If your email is connected to that domain, the reason it’s not working any more is because you don’t own the domain any more and it has been deactivated. You will need to recover and renew the domain before it will work again.

  Our registrar charges a $80 fee to restore a domain that has gone into redemption, so I will need you to agree to that fee before I can start the recovery process.
