MY DOMAIN

  Hi,

  I purchased my domain through wordpress, but then transferred it to WIX for my website. I am panicking as I haven’t renewed the domain for a while and now can’t seem to find the registrar. WIX have told me it is showing on whois at wildwildwest but I don’t have a log in for this due to me purchasing it through wordpress. Please can someone help me with this ASAP so I can check on the renewal. I’m hoping it was automatically set to auto renewal.

  Or you can go to option on the left-hand side of your screen which says’s
  “My Sites” > “Switch Site” and see if your website appears there.

  Hi

  Thanks for your reply.

  I’ve clicked on it and it says “You don’t have any wordpress sites yet” which is strange as it should show my domain purchase on the history but there is nothing there?

  The first thing we determine after clicking the member link under the username account when answering any support thread is the exact URL of the site in question. If and when we fail to do that and to confirm where the site is hosted we get into lengthy back and forth exchanges that may not actually resolve issues at all or at the very least delay those who posted from getting a prompt and accurate response.
