  I need access to my domain name that is registered to my web designer. I can provide any documentation needed that it is my site. Please help me figure this out.

  If a domain is registered in the name of some other person, then he/she is the owner of the domain and you won’t be able to access it unless that owner transfers the control of the domain to you.
