  I have a WP domain and blog at http://malcolmbrenner.com, but the password doesn’t work. Now I seem to have created a new domain! How do I combine the two domains or get WP to recognize the original site? I can’t log in to make updates!

  Are you sure you have two domains? You have two usernames. This “wrong” one you are currently logged in to and the “correct” one that you need to log in to to reach your site. No doubt your password will work when you type in the correct username first :
