my domain

  I am the Admin at a church Living Faith Fellowship and my domain has expired. I didn’t get any emails to renew it but they may have been sent to an outside person who was handling it before. How can I get it restored?

  Hi there,

  I would be happy to assist you in renewing your subscription. However, the upgrade that was purchased is not associated with the account you contacted us from. To confirm ownership, post in this thread under the username/account that purchased the upgrade. Otherwise, you will need to reach out to the owner of the account and have them renew if you yourself do not own it. However, you should be able to renew the domain if logged into the account that owns the upgrade.
