my domain

    Automattic shows as my Registrar and my email has stopped working and my website has disappeared. Not sure if it expired or what, never got notification of payment or cancellation. No phone number to talk to anybody??? Help??

    Hey there, can you let us know what domain you need help with? I don’t see one under this account, but I’m guessing you’ve purchased a domain through another username. If you can, please log out and log back in as that user before responding here, otherwise just tell us what the domain is so we can look for your next steps.
